10 oz spinach, frozen
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp red onion, grated
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Dashes hot red pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
1/4 tsp garlic powder
10 oz PULLED TURKEY, 3/8-inch diced
2 Each eggs
2 tbsp cream or milk
2 lbs, 4 oz prepared pie pastry
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Thaw spinach by placing in a colander and rinsing under cold water. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire Sauce, hot red pepper sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Blend in spinach and turkey.
Blend eggs and cream together thoroughly. Set aside.
Roll out pastry dough to approximately 1/16-inch thick. Cut cirles of about 2-3/4-inch diameter. Brush one half of circle lightly with cold water. Place one heaping teaspoon filling in center of each circle and fold in half, sealing edges with a fork and forming a half moon.
Brush with egg mixture and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees F until golden brown. Serve warm.
