1 BONE-IN TURKEY BREAST (5-6 lbs)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Remove grill rack and set aside. Prepare and preheat charcoal grill for indirect-heat method, according to manufacturer's directions.
Starting at narrow end of turkey breast, gently loosen skin to create a pocket on each side of breast, leaving skin attached at breast bone; set aside.
In small bowl combine garlic and salt. Spread garlic mixture under turkey skin over both breast halves. Arrange lemon slices over garlic mixture under turkey skin.
In 2-quart microwave-safe 11-1/2-X 7-X 2-inch dish fitted with micro-safe meat rack, position turkey with the breast-side down and cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) in a 600-700 watt microwave oven for 10 minutes. Reduce power to MEDIUM (50% power) and cook turkey breast an additional 20 to 25 minutes, turning turkey over halfway through cooking time.
Lightly grease cold grill rack and position over hot coals. Place turkey breast on grill rack. Cover grill and cook 30 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion reads 170-175 degrees F.
