1 Can (16 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c reserved tomato juice (see South Am.Turkey Thighs)
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp green pepper flakes
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
Use with South American-Style Turkey Thighs recipe.
In small saucepan over medium heat, combine beans, reserved tomato juice, cilantro, green pepper flakes, onion and garlic.
Cook 10 minutes or until heated throughout.
