1/3 c non-fat buttermilk
1 Egg white
1/2 c flour
1/4 c black walnuts, ground
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp margarine, melted
4-1/2 lbs TURKEY THIGHS, skinned, boned
Black walnuts, coarsely chopped, optional Additional
On plate, combine buttermilk and egg white.
On another plate, combine flour, walnuts, sesame seeds, paprika and pepper.
Dip thighs in milk mixture then into flour mixture. Arrange on lightly greased shallow baking pan. Drizzle with margarine.
Bake at 350 degrees F. 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until meat thermometer reads 175-180 degrees F.
Garnish with additional walnuts, if desired.
