2 TURKEY TENDERLOINS, poached
1/2 c plain yogurt
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 c mango chutney, divided
POACH tenderloins according to either conventional or microwave method; chill.
In small bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, onion powder, curry powder and 2 tablespoons of chopped chutney.
Spoon mixture over tenderloins to completely cover. Chill at least 1 hour.
When ready to serve, slice tenderloins into medallions and top with remaining chutney.
