1 lb ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE
1 Can (14 oz) stewed tomatoes
2 Cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
1 Can (6 oz) tomato paste
1/2 c red wine
1 tbsp dried minced onion
2 tsp green pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
6 oz spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
In large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute sausage 9 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink; drain.
In same skillet, over medium-high heat, combine tomatoes, sauce, paste, wine, onion, pepper flakes and garlic to turkey. When mixture begins to bubble, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
To serve, spoon sauce over pasta.
