1 lb TURKEY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
2-1/4 c biscuit mix
1/2 c oat bran
1 c reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 c skim milk
Vegetable cooking spray
In medium non-stick skillet, over medium heat, saute turkey 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink; remove from heat and drain.
In medium bowl combine turkey sausage, biscuit mix, oat bran, cheese and pepper flakes. Add milk, stirring just until moistened.
Coat 12-X 15-inch baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Make 12 biscuits by dropping approximately 1/3 cup dough for each biscuit onto baking sheet. Bake in middle of a preheated 450 degree F oven 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.
TO REHEAT FROM REFRIGERATOR: Wrap biscuit in paper towel. Microwave at HIGH (100% power) 20 seconds. TO REHEAT FROM FREEZER: Wrap biscuit in paper towel. Microwave at HIGH (100% power) 40 seconds.
