1 lb GROUND TURKEY
1 c chopped onion
1/2 c catsup
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp horseradish
1 Can (15 oz) vegetarian beans
1 Can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
6 (6-inch) sandwich buns , split and toasted
6 Strips TURKEY BACON, cooked and crumbled
In medium non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey and onion 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain and return mixture to skillet.
Stir in catsup, mustard, horseradish and both types of beans; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until mixture is heated throughout.
Serve over toasted buns, garnished with crumbled bacon.
