2 c GRILLED TURKEY
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/2 c water
2 tbsp molasses
1/2 to 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1-1 1/2 c deli coleslaw
4 Sandwich buns, split horizontally and toasted
Cut meat form bones and mince.
In 3-quart saucepan, over high heat, combine vinegar, water, molasses, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt with minced turkey. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Uncover and simmer additional 30 to 35 minutes or until liquid has evaporated.
To serve, spoon barbecue mixture over burger buns and top with coleslaw.
