Ingredients

25 3-oz TURKEY BREAST CUTLETS

1-1/2 c Italian dressing, prepared

9 oz butter substitute

3 Medium red onion

7 Medium green pepper

25 Each Kaiser roll

3-1/8 lbs Swiss cheese, sliced thin

Directions

Marinate turkey cutlets in Italian dressing and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Smoke turkey cutlets for 10 minutes in smoker at 250 degrees F.

Roast peppers, clean and cut into strips.

Slice onions. In large saute pan, add 1/2 ounce butter substitute and saute onions. Mix with peppers. Set aside.

For service: broil or grill turkey cutlet 2 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Cut roll in half. Brush cut surfaces of roll with butter substitute and broil for 10 seconds.

Place turkey cutlet on Kaiser roll. Top with 2 ounces of Swiss cheese and 2 ounces of onion-pepper mixture. Serve warm.

Garnish with fruit (if desired).
