5-1/2 oz TURKEY MIGNON or TENDERLOIN
1 Strip TURKEY BACON
1 oz extra virgin olive oil
1/2 oz garlic, minced
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp herbes de Provence
Wrap turkey mignon with bacon strip.
Mix oil, garlic, pepper and herbs to form a rub. Coat the top and bottom surface of the mignon with the rub.
Grill over medium, direct heat until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
Serve with steamed vegetables.
