1 1/3-lb TURKEY BURGER
2/3 oz Cheddar cheese
1 onion roll, split and toasted
2 tsp mild horseradish sauce
1 Strip TURKEY BACON, cooked and cut in 2 strips
Over medium heat, grill turkey burger until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Top burger with cheese. Run under salamander/broiler to melt cheese.
Spread onion roll with horseradish. Place burger on onion roll and add bacon strips. Cover with roll top and serve.
