6 oz Craisins
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp herbes de Provence
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/3 tsp Santa Fe mix
1 qt mayonnaise
2 Slices honey wheat sandwich bread
4 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
1-oz Slice Swiss cheese
2 Slices red ripe tomato
1 Leaves leaf lettuce, washed, dried and chilled
1 Thin Slice sweet red onion, separated into rings
2 Slices pepper bacon, each slice cut in half, cooked and drained
Please Note: Alternate Sauce Mix dried cranberries, garlic, all herbs and mayonnaise together. Blend well. Cover and hold in refrigerator for service.
Spread 3/4-ounce Herbed Cranberry Mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
Assemble sandwich in the following order: bread slice with mayonnaise, 4-ounces sliced turkey, 1-ounce Swiss cheese, 2 tomato slices, 1 lettuce leaf, 2 sliced onion rings, 4 half slices bacon and top with second slice bread.
