3/4 oz mayonnaise
3/4 oz Dijon mustard
1/2 oz Colby cheese, shredded
1/2 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 10-inch spinach lavash
1 oz lettuce, shredded
2 Slices tomato, halved
4 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
2 Slices TURKEY BACON, cooked
1 oz avocado, sliced thin
Mix mayonnaise and mustard together, set aside.
Mix cheese together, set aside.
Lay lavash on clean counter surface. Spread mayonnaise/mustard on bread, then layer with lettuce and tomato. Cover vegetables with turkey slices. Top with cooked bacon and avocado.
Proceed to roll bread from the bottom up, folding edges in 1/3 of the way up the bread.
