1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
4 c COOKED TURKEY, chopped
2 (15.5-oz) Cans great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
2 (11-oz) Cans white shoepeg corn, undrained
1 (4-oz) Can chopped green chilies
1 qt TURKEY BROTH
1 tsp ground cumin
1/3 c Mozzarella cheese, grated
Place cooked turkey and other ingredients, except Mozzarella in a slow cooker. Mix well and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
For a thicker sauce, remove the cover for the last hour.
Serve hot in shallow bowls and sprinkle each with Mozzarella cheese.
