5 Large eggs, beaten
2 lbs IQF hash brown potatoes
1 oz onion flakes
2 tsp salt
1 lb TURKEY HAM, cut into 1/4-inch dice
1 lb IQF hash brown potatoes
12 oz Swiss cheese, grated
1 qt milk
18 Large eggs, beaten
1-1/2 tsp onion flakes
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp ground white pepper
Crisp Potato Crust
1. Combine eggs, 2 pounds hash browns, onion flakes and salt, mixing thoroughly. Divide and arrange crust mixture evenly into 4 oiled 9-inch pie tins to form the pie crust.
2. Bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Quiche
1. Combine turkey ham, 1 pound hash browns and cheese. Divide evenly over baked crusts.
2. Whisk together milk, eggs, 2 teaspoons onion flakes, parsley and white pepper. Divide evenly and pour over ingredients in crusts.
3. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F, and bake quiche for 65 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in the center of pies. Allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
