1 lb ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE
1 15-oz can dark red kidney beans, do not drain
1 15-oz can cranberry beans, drained
2 15-oz cans pork and beans
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 4-oz can mushroom pieces, drained
1 c brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
Squeeze turkey sausage from casings and brown in a large heavy skillet over medium heat, breaking up sausage into small pieces. Transfer browned sausage into a 13X9X2-inch baking dish, spreading evenly throughout the dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Ladle bean mixture atop turkey sausage, stirring to mix all.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until the mixture begins to slightly brown on top.
