1 tsp olive oil
1/2 Small sweet onions, sliced
1/2 Small green bell peppers, seeded and sliced
1/2 Small red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper Dash
Dried oregano To Taste
3 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced
1/2 oz Provolone cheese, sliced
2 Slices crusty Italian bread
Heat olive oil in a small skillet. Sauté onion, peppers and garlic in oil until barely wilted. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Remove from heat.
Place turkey on bread, top with sautéed veggies and Provolone.
Spray panini press with nonstick spray and grill until golden brown and cheese is melted.
