1-1/2 lbs egg noodles
4-1/2 c salsa
45 oz red kidney beans, cooked, drained and rinsed
1-1/2 c green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1-1/2 c green onion, chopped
1 lb OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, diced
3/4 c fresh parsley, chopped
Cook noodles in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together, coating all surfaces. Cover and chill.
Serving size: approximately 1-1/3 cups.
