Ingredients

50 (2.4-oz) pre-cooked TURKEY BURGERS

50 (10-Inch) flour tortillas

5 lbs shredded Cheddar cheese

1-1/2 qt chunky salsa

6 c frozen corn, thawed

In a 300 degree F convection oven, bake frozen turkey burgers until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 15 minutes in a single layer on a shiny sheet pan OR in a 350 degree F conventional oven, bake frozen turkey burgers until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 10-12 minutes in a single layer on a shiny sheet pan.


Cut cooked burgers in half. Place 2 halves in each flour tortilla.


Sprinkle each burger with 1-1/2 ounces cheese. Spoon 2 tablespoons salsa and 2 tablespoons thawed corn on top of each burger.


Wrap each filled tortilla individually in foil. Place wrapped filled tortillas in hotel pan and warm in a 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes.


Serve with additional toppings such as guacamole and/or light sour cream.
