3/4 c mayonnaise
2 tsp prepared wasabi
1-1/2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
3 Large eggs, beaten
1/3 c finely chopped onion
1 tbsp peeled and minced fresh gingerroot
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
3 lbs GROUND TURKEY
12 brioche buns, split and lightly toasted
WASABI LIME MAYONNAISE
Mix mayonnaise, prepared wasabi and lime juice together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for, at least, 1 hour.
TURKEY BURGERS
Combine eggs, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Gently mix in ground turkey and thoroughly combine.
Shape into twelve (4-ounce) burgers. Cover, label and hold for service in refrigerator.
Per order: Grill or broil burgers 4 to 6 inches from heat, over medium direct heat. Turn only once. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Serve in toasted buns with Wasabi Lime Mayonnaise.
