Turkey Medallions with Molasses Butter

Ingredients

2 tbsp Light, Sweet, Mild Molasses

1/2 c Unsalted Butter, Softened

8 (2-oz) TURKEY BREAST MEDALLIONS

8 Strips TURKEY BACON

As Needed Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions

MOLASSES BUTTER: Combine molasses and softened butter. Cover and reserve.

TURKEY MEDALLIONS: Wrap each turkey medallion with one strip of bacon. Lightly sprinkle with black pepper.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about 15 minutes or until food thermometer reaches 165 degrees F.

SERVICE: Spoon a dollop of Molasses Butter on top of each turkey filet.

Serve 2 medallions for each portion.
