2 lbs turkey thighs
1 lemon, zest
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp sweet Asian chili sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 can crushed pineapple
Sliced green onions to garnish
In a bowl, combine all ingredients for your marinade.
Pour marinade over turkey thighs and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Heat up your grill. Grill turkey thighs until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Serve with sides such as grilled asparagus, watermelon and garlic bread.
