1 tbsp butter
4 large eggs, well beaten or 1 c egg substitute
salt and pepper, if desired
4 frozen waffles
4 oz Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, from the service deli
2 slices Cheddar cheese
In small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in eggs and cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Heat waffles according to package directions. Divide eggs among 2 waffles. Top with oven roasted turkey, cheese and remaining waffles.
