1/2 c hot sauce

3 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1 tbsp hot sauce

3 tbsp shredded carrots

2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles

3 tbsp butter

3 tbsp hot sauce

Directions

Place turkey in a bowl with a lid. Pour 1/2 cup hot sauce over turkey and flip around to ensure it's completely coated. Marinate for 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, make the filling. Stir together the cream cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, hot sauce, shredded carrots and blue cheese crumbles. Set aside.

Add butter and hot sauce to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20 second increments until melted. Whisk together.

Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of the turkey and place on preheated grill. Baste with the buffalo sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip, baste and cook another 5 minutes. Flip, baste and cook another 5 minutes, or until temperature has reached 165°F.
