It’ll be love at first bite! Baked Turkey Tenders make for a great centerpiece for your tailgate or gameday spread. And they’ll be an easy, go-to weeknight meal, too. There’s no doubt kids and those kids at heart will keep reaching for these crispy, flavorful tenders. Don’t skimp on the dips!
1 lb turkey tenderloin, cut in half, then divided into 1 ½” pieces (about 8-10 tenders)
2 c panko bread crumbs
½ c ranch dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil cooking spray
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the ranch dressing into a shallow bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl mix the panko with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
Dip the tenders, one at a time, into the ranch. Shake off the excess and place in the panko mixture, gently pressing the crumbs onto the turkey.
Place tenders on the baking sheet, spray with a bit of olive oil cooking spray and bake for 8 minutes. Flip each tender and spray once more with cooking spray and then bake for an additional 8 minutes until golden and crisp! Use a meat thermometer to ensure the tenders reach a safe internal temperature of 165°F.
To serve, place on a platter alongside your favorite dipping sauces, think: BBQ, Frank's Red Hot, blue cheese, ranch, ketchup, mustard, etc.
