2 Slices whole wheat bread
1-1/2 tbsp cream cheese, low-fat whipped
3 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
1 tbsp chopped red onion
3 Slices dried apricots, chopped
1 tbsp slivered almonds
Spread cream cheese evenly over both slices of bread.
Layer turkey on bottom slice of bread and sprinkle with chopped onions, apricots and almonds. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Slice on the diagonal.
