4 c COOKED TURKEY, chopped or cubed
1/2 c diced celery
1/2 c golden raisins
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/3 c chopped red onion
1-1/3 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Lettuce leaves As needed
Slivered almonds for garnish As needed
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Portion each serving onto lettuce leaves and garnish with additional almonds.
