1 lb GROUND TURKEY
1/2 c seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/3 c finely chopped onion
1 Large egg, beaten
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dry mustard
In a large bowl combine turkey, bread crumbs, onions, egg, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and mustard. Mix gently.
Shape mixture into 4 patties, each 1/2-inch thick.
On lightly greased broiling pan, about 4-inches from heat, in a preheated broiler, broil burgers about 5 to 6 minutes per side, turning only once. Cook until no longer pink in center and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F.
