2 Slices TURKEY BACON, cut into 1-inch pieces
Maple flavored barbecue glaze/sauce As needed
Alternate turkey sausage and bacon pieces onto a wood skewer that has been soaked in cold water. Cover and hold for service in the refrigerator.
Per Order: Broil or grill kebab 6 inches from heat until the internal temperature of the sausage registers 165 degrees F, rotating one-quarter turn and brushing with maple barbecue glaze halfway through cooking time.
