1/4 c dry red wine
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp honey
As needed Vegetable cooking spray
1 lb TURKEY BREAST CUTLETS, lbed to an even thickness
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
To Taste salt and freshly ground black pepper
In small bowl combine wine, mustard and honey; set aside.
In large nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, over medium-high heat, saute turkey 2 to 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center. Transfer turkey to platter, cover and keep warm.
In same skillet, over medium heat, saute garlic 30 seconds. Add wine mixture and heat 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
To serve, drizzle sauce over turkey.
