1 c mayonnaise
1 c buttermilk
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
1 tbsp minced fresh chives
2 tbsp grated sweet onion
2 Cloves fresh garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper To Taste
2 Heads romaine lettuce, washed, chilled and chopped
1 lb DELI TURKEY BREAST, sliced in 1/2-inch strips
1 c grape tomatoes
4 oz Cheddar cheese, cubed
4 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
2 Large avocados, sliced into thin wedges
2 c garlic flavored croutons
Alfalfa sprouts As needed
12 Slices TURKEY BACON, cooked and crumbled
HERB DRESSING
Mix all dressing ingredients together. Cover and hold for service in the refrigerator.
SALAD ASSEMBLY
Portion chilled lettuce onto chilled plates.
Lightly drizzle dressing atop lettuce.
Roll turkey strips into spiraled coils and arrange on top of lettuce.
Arrange tomatoes, Cheddar and Swiss cheeses between turkey spirals.
Place avocado wedges on salad.
Garnish each with croutons and sprouts. Sprinkle with turkey bacon pieces.
Serve immediately with additional dressing on the side.
