2 c mango, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/2 c cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
1/2 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1-1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced

In medium bowl, combine mango, cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, green onions, jalapenos, brown sugar, ginger, and pepper.
Mix throughly and chill for one hour before serving.
