1 1/2 lbs honey
3/4 c Dijon mustard
3 oz tomato ketchup
Salt and white pepper To Taste
7 oz butter substitute for broiling
25 8 oz each boneless turkey breast
For glaze: Mix honey, mustard, ketchup, and salt and white pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
To Order: Apply butter substitute to broiler. Broil turkey chop for 7 minutes on one side. Brush top side with glaze and turn over. Brush second side with glaze after 7 minutes, turn and broil for 30 seconds or until 165 degrees F internal temperature is reached.
Place turkey on warm plate and garnish as needed.
