1 tbsp margarine, melted
2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
3/4 c cheese crackers, finely crushed
1-1/2 lbs TURKEY TENDERLOINS
In a shallow dish, combine margarine and mustard with a fork. Place cracker crumbs in another flat dish. Dip tenderloins in margarine/mustard mixture, coating completely. Then roll in crumbs, patting to cover. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes.
Arrange tenderloin on a lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven 20 to 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.* Do not overcook.
