3 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, Thinly Sliced
24 Thick Slices Sourdough Bread
24 Slices TURKEY BACON, Cooked Crisp
12 Pearl Tomatoes, Sliced
PLUM CREAM CHEESE SPREAD: In a bowl, mix ingredients together well.
Cover, label and date, and hold under refrigeration for service.
ASIAN SLAW MIX: In a bowl, mix ingredients together well.
Cover, label and date, and hold under refrigeration for service.
SANDWICH ASSEMBLY: To each slice of bread, spread 1 tablespoon of Plum Cream Cheese Spread on either side.
Place 4 ounces oven roasted turkey breast on the bottom halves.
Top with 2 slices bacon, 3 slices tomato and 1/4 cup Asian Slaw Mix.
Place remaining piece of bread on top and slice sandwich, in half, at a diagonal.
