1-1/4 c dill pickle spears, finely chopped
1/2 c non-fat sour cream
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
In food processor, fitted with metal blade, or in blender, process pickle, sour cream, mustard and pepper until smooth.
Cover and chill at least one hour.
Serve cold with Turkey Fondue.
