1 #10 can diced tomatoes and chilies
4 lbs cooked penne pasta
3 lbs FULLY COOKED SMOKED TURKEY SAUSAGE, sliced on the bias
As needed TURKEY STOCK
5 lbs PAN ROASTED CAJUN FLAVORED TURKEY BREAST, cubed
3 lbs jumbo shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1-1/4 c chopped scallions
In a large stockpot, over medium heat, combine diced tomatoes and chilies, pasta and sausage. Stir in turkey stock as needed. Stirring frequently, heat to a simmer.
Add turkey and shrimp. Heat thoroughly until all ingredients are steaming.
Garnish with chopped scallions.
