Vegetable cooking spray
2 lbs ground turkey
2 tbsp minced ginger
2 tsp minced fresh garlic
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Chinese hot mustard
Spray cold grill rack with vegetable cooking spray. Preheat grill for direct heat cooking.
In medium bowl combine turkey, ginger, garlic, sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Evenly divide turkey mixture into 8 burgers, approximately 3-1/2-inches in diameter.
Grill turkey burgers 5 to 6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and turkey is no longer pink in center.
To serve, spread bottom half of each bun with Chinese mustard. Place turkey burger on bun and top with other half of bun.
