1-1/2 qt shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c minced pickled jalapenos
24 (1/2 inch-thick) Slices sourdough bread
3/4 c unsalted butter, melted
2-1/4 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
24 Strips TURKEY BACON, cooked
18-24 Thin slices avocado
Mix cheese and jalapenos together.
Brush top side of bread slices with melted butter.
Layer unbuttered side of each bread slice with 1/4 cup cheese mix, 3 ounces turkey, 2 slices cooked turkey bacon and 3 slices avocado. Cover with remaining bread, buttered side out.
Preheat a panini grill or flat-surfaced griddle. If using a covered grill, close lid and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts. If using a flat griddle, turn sandwich when the bottom is a golden brown and cook an additional 5 minutes or until all surfaces are golden and the cheese has melted.
Cut in half, on the diagonal, and serve immediately.
