1 tsp poultry seasonings

1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1 tbsp dehydrated minced onion
Ground allspice Pinch
Ground cloves Pinch
Ground nutmeg Pinch
Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Based on recipe usage, stuff into casings, working quickly so the temperature of the mixture does not rise.
