20 5-1/3 oz TURKEY BURGERS (grilled-flavored), partially thawed
10 oz hot sauce
2 lbs TURKEY BACON
20 Each onion rolls, split
2/3 c crumbled blue cheese
Marinate burgers in hot sauce for 30 minutes. Remove burgers and discard hot sauce.
Cook bacon and hold for service.
Place burgers on preheated char broiler. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, about 3-4 minutes per side, turning only once.
For service, place one burger atop each roll half. Add 2 to 3 bacon strips and 1 tablespoon blue cheese.
