3 lbs GROUND TURKEY, chilled
1 (4-oz) packet Private selection Bleu cheese crumbles
As needed Everson Spice hot buffalo seasoning
Combine ground turkey with Bleu cheese crumbles. Mix together well.
Place patty paper in burger patty mold.
Form six 8-ounce burgers in patty mold.
Season each burger by rolling edges in buffalo seasoning.
Display burgers in refrigerated service case or package, seal and label for self-service.
Provide the following cooking instructions: "Grill 5 inches from the heat source, turning after about 7 minutes. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, for a total of 11-13 minutes."
