A lunch that kids AND parents can love! Packed with lean, nutritious protein, these easy and delicious deli turkey wraps will be the envy of the lunchroom.
8 10-inch flour tortillas
1/2 c prepared ranch dressing
1 lb oven roasted turkey, sliced
1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c sunflower kernels
1 c shredded lettuce, crisp
Wash hands.
Place one tortilla on a plate. Spread 1 tablespoon ranch dressing on each tortilla. On top of each tortilla place 2 ounces sliced turkey, 1 tablespoon shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon sunflower kernels and 2 tablespoons of shredded lettuce. Position the ingredients to 1/2-inch of the edges.
Fold in two sides of tortilla. Next roll it up and secure with a toothpick.
Repeat process for remaining tortilla shells.
Serve wraps cold.
