2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Package (16 oz) frozen Brussels sprouts, cooked according to package
3/4 lb HONEY ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 tsp dried minced garlic
In small bowl combine vinegar, oil, sugar, onion, tarragon, garlic and pepper.
In large bowl combine Brussel sprouts, turkey and dressing. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve cold.
