Ingredients

2 1-oz TURKEY SAUSAGE PATTIES

3 1-oz TURKEY SAUSAGE LINKS

1 tbsp butter

4 oz red potatoes, diced

1 oz onion, chopped

2 large eggs

As needed Toast or muffins

3 orange slices

Directions

Cook sausages over medium heat until cooked throughout to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat. Add potatoes and onion. Saute about 5-10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.

Fry eggs.

Place sausage patties and links along with the potatoes and eggs on a heated platter.

Serve with toast or muffins and garnish with citrus slices.
