1 Herb Focaccia
1 oz Pesto Spread
1 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, Sliced
3 oz Oven Roasted Breast Of Turkey, Sliced
Red Onion, Sliced Paper Thin
1/4 oz Yellow Bell Peppers, Sliced Paper Thin
1/2 oz Red Ripe Tomatoes, Sliced Paper Thin
Spread pesto on both top and bottom slices of focaccia.
On the bottom slice of focaccia, layer sliced cheese, turkey, onions, bell pepper and tomatoes.
Top with remaining focaccia bread.
Grill until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted.
