Ingredients

3 lbs PULLED TURKEY

2 lbs pizza sauce, prepared

20 5-oz Pieces (6 lbs - 4 oz total) frozen pizza dough, thawed

10 oz TURKEY PEPPERONI, sliced thin

20 oz Mozzarella cheese, part skim, sliced

Directions

Blend pulled turkey and pizza sauce together. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll out each 5-ounce piece of dough into approximately a 7-inch circle.

Place 4 ounces of turkey filling on the bottom half of the dough circle. Top with 1/2 ounce (approximately 8 slices) of turkey pepperoni and one ounce of cheese. Moisten edges of dough with water. Fold top of dough circle over filling and seal edges tightly.

Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately.
