1 lb SMOKED TURKEY SAUSAGE, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 Can (8 oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2-1/2 c French bread, day old and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 c pine nuts, toasted
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp Pesto sauce
In large skillet, over medium-heat, saute sausage and onions, until turkey is cooked throughout and onion is translucent. Drain and set aside.
In large bowl, combine mushrooms, bread, nuts, egg, cayenne pepper and Pesto Sauce with sausage mixture.
