Ingredients

1 tbsp unsalted butter

1/4 c chopped sweet onion

1/2 c whole milk

8 oz cream cheese

4 oz sliced sautéed mushrooms, drained

1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tbsp dried parsley

3 oz SMOKED TURKEY, chopped medium

1 baguette, cut in slices, on the diagonal

As needed assorted vegetables, steamed as necessary

Directions

Heat butter in sauté pan. Sauté onion in butter. Reduce heat to low and stir in milk and cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese is melted.

Add mushrooms, Parmesan, parsley and smoked turkey. Heat until bubbly.

Transfer mixture to fondue pot. Serve warm with French bread slices and assorted vegetables.
